Replacement of existing single-glazed metal-framed casement windows to the front elevations with new double-glazed timber-framed casement windows, and replacement of existing single-glazed metal-framed casement windows to the rear elevations with new double-glazed uPVC-framed windows, at Nos. 5, 7, 11 and 13 Glenaffric Avenue. Replacement of existing single-glazed timber front doors with new double-glazed timber doors, and replacement of existing single-glazed metal rear doors with new double-glazed uPVC doors. Replacement of existing soffits with either uPVC (Option A) or timber (Option B), and replacement of existing fascias and rainwater goods with uPVC to match the existing colour.
