T1 - Cotoneaster - Cutback away from the building to ensure 1.5m clearance - Reasoning - Branches are touching the building and are letting pests gain access via roof T2 - Unknown Broadleaf - Cutback away from the building to ensure 1.5m clearance - Reasoning - Branches are touching the building and are letting pests gain access via roof T4 - Yew - Reduce crown overhanging the neighboring property's car park by approximately 1-1.5 to suitable growth points - Reasoning - Tree's crown is severely unbalanced, the proposed work will help to rebalance the crown as much as possible, owner of the car park has also stated that the branches are overhanging too much and would like them cut back into shape due to heavy needle drop, characteristic of a yew.
