This application proposes crown reductions, thinning, and pruning works to four trees located within a designated conservation area.

Notification to carry out works to 4 no. trees in a designated conservation area - Apple, reduce overall height and lateral branch spread upto 1m, pruning back to suitable growth points, crown thin inner canopy by 20%. Cedar, reduce overall lateral branch spread by 2m in all directions, pruning back to viable secondary growth points. Silver Birch, crown thin overall canopy by 20%, remove major dead, dying, and diseased branches throughout the canopy. Copper Beech, remove major dead, dying, and diseased branches throughout the canopy particularly those overhanging the public highway & reduce overall lateral branch spread by 0.6m, pruning back to suitable growth points
